Update: New Luci and Ian Children's Garden at the Wildflower Center

"Be sure to check out the Luci and Ian Family Garden, especially with young children. The newest addition to the Wildflower Center, this garden encourages imaginative, nature-related play. Kids can climb into giant bird nests, dig in the sand pit, create with natural materials, and crawl through mosaic-lined caves and tunnels. In warm weather, bring your swimsuits! The Watering Hole features a waterfall that spills down into small pools and a stream for playing in. This area attracts children like a swimming hole in the Texas heat. Restrooms are adjacent to the garden, and the area is stroller- friendly."
